I wish I could call myself a "Post-Traumatic Growth Specialist" because this is what I do the most as a psychotherapist:

• I am a provider of education about trauma

• I am a catalyst to the process you can undergo in your relationship to yourself

• I will teach you tools to begin or to maintain post-traumatic growth.

What's more important than the therapeutic relationship you will have with me will be relationship you will have in yourself.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey (#37PC00750900), a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional for Complex Trauma and a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Specialist.  I am committed to helping individuals and couples learn how to work through and better manage traumatic issues that  interfere with their lives.

I offer psychotherapy for both couples and individuals. For couples, I offer the choice of two different session lengths. I also offer free 15-minute consultations to either individuals or couples to determine if therapy with me is the right fit.
